Training Proposal

3 TIER SOLUTION:  

This training solution is considered a primary priority and urgent. It will act as a preparatory mean to educate the sales team, prior to the new product rollout, and prior to engaging with Demi’s Mobile Company customers. 

Training on the Demi Phone, will also act as a catalyst that will enable the Demi Sales Team to engage their customers with better personal solutions.

RECOMMENDED TIMELINE ITEMS FOR THE PRODUCT ROLLOUT IN THREE MONTHS:

Design Prototype:

  • To be demonstrated within one month from the intended communication.

Training Solution:

  • To be developed and rolled out by the end of the second month respectively for all intended modalities:  Virtual, Instructor-Led and Web-Based 

Communication and Registration Process for Learners:

  • To be developed at least 10 days before learning is available or takes place
