On-the-Job Evaluation

Reaction, learning, behavior and results will be evaluated using surveys and on-the-job observations. In consideration of all of the learning theories applied to the adult learning principles, the training developed will be maximized to help all learner styles.

Level 1-2 Surveys:

Will be administered at the end of each training to reflect on all of the learning strategies and instructional components.  Comment cards may also be used to capture comments from learners, for training highlights and what they liked best about the training.

Level 3 & 4  Evaluations:

Will be performed by management on-the-job while observing the sales staff, for four months after the product is released.
