As an experienced Instructional Systems Designer, I have progressed through my career working in high-tech with global corporate teams and have participated in creating robust training solutions. 

​

With a sound understanding for aligning a business's goals-and-needs to custom training solutions, I use ADDIE with Blooms taxonomy to define and decipher training requirements and create certification roadmaps and programs.

 

As my journey evolves, my strategic interests continue to grow as I leverage my skillset in the professional training arena and the project management space.

​

A typical day in my life as an ISD includes partnering with stakeholders to discuss the current state of their business including the current business vision, mission, strategy and training programs. Together we perform the business analyses for projects by gathering information to further create goals and objectives which are required to design, rollout and maintain custom training programs.

I also spend many hours of my time working with psychologists and school workers who benefit from my skillset to put practices in place for children with special needs.
